What Applying Entails

Applicants who do not provide atleast one handle/username to their social media will be automatically denied. We request this information so we can see more of who you are outside the office. We want to know about your hobbies, celebrations and what you’re putting out into the world.

How We Evaluate Your Application

Our team will build a social profile based on the information you provide. We will gather information from our phone/zoom interview, discussions with your references and the results of a background check. The more we know about you, the better we can evaluate how you fit in with our Pillars of integrity and your ability to positively effect Little Lighthouse families.
