The Nanny Evaluation

Each of our nannies has gone through a thorough evaluation process. This includes a background check, driving record check, a social profile scan and an interview. Before a nanny is offered membership with Little Lighthouse Nannies, we take a deeper look at who they are as a person, not just an employee. We only accept nannies that we believe will be accountable to our Lighthouse Pillars of Integrity.

As a parent, your application will also undergo an evaluation. Although we don’t run a background check on you, we do require 3 references from previous nannies/babysitters or other childcare providers. We will also reach out for an interview with you, to better understand your needs.
